Pascale Portelas is a native of France and currently lives in the Southern California area
of the United States.
She is a licensed international all breed cat show judge for The International Cat Association (TICA). Her judging schedule has taken her
to Japan, Russia, South America, Europe and North America, where she has judged the most beautiful cats and exotic breeds
in the world.
Pascale is very active in
many aspects of the cat world.
She is a member of numerous cat clubs and sits on breed committees in both the United State
and France.
She was a leader in developing the American Curl
as a new breed and was responsible for its introduction into Europe.
Miss Portelas is also an experienced cat breeder. She has produced numerous prize winning
cats in the American curl, Devon Rex and Maine Coon breeds.
Pascale’s professional experiences, along with her love and devotion to our feline friends, have allowed her to develop an intimate bond with cats that few others have enjoyed.
